Ingredients

  • 4 Oroweat® Keto Tortilla, warmed
  • 3 Hot Italian Sausages, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 each (300g) Red, Green and Yellow Peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 (50g) Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup (30g) Kale, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (5g) Fresh Basil, torn

Preparation

  1. Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. Sauté the sausage slices, for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and onions. Continue cooking until the peppers are almost cooked and the sausages are golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add the kale and cook until wilted, another 3 minutes.
  4. Divide the sausage and pepper mixture between the keto tortillas. Sprinkle with fresh basil, roll up and enjoy!
