- 1 Oroweat® Keto Tortilla
- 3 slices salami
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- 2 thin slices tomato
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) butter
- Using sharp knife, cut a slit from centre of tortilla out to the edge.
- Layer salami on one quarter of tortilla. Arrange bacon on second quarter, and cheese on third quarter. Spread mustard and layer tomato on fourth quarter.
- Starting at the slit, fold one quarter over a second quarter. Continue folding tortilla until all quarters are stacked.
- In small skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Add tortilla wrap and cook, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until tortilla is golden and cheese has melted.
