• 1 Oroweat® Keto Tortilla
  • 3 slices salami
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 2 thin slices tomato
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) butter


  1. Using sharp knife, cut a slit from centre of tortilla out to the edge.
  2. Layer salami on one quarter of tortilla. Arrange bacon on second quarter, and cheese on third quarter. Spread mustard and layer tomato on fourth quarter.
  3. Starting at the slit, fold one quarter over a second quarter. Continue folding tortilla until all quarters are stacked.
  4. In small skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Add tortilla wrap and cook, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until tortilla is golden and cheese has melted.
