Ingredients

8 slices of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil
-
1/2 stick of butter
-
1 clove of garlic - minced
-
1/2 sweet onion - minced
-
4 cups of baby spinach leaves
-
1 cup of feta cheese
-
4 slices of provolone
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the garlic and onion over medium heat until softened.
- Add the spinach and turn the heat up to medium and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add in feta cheese.
- Spread one side of each slice of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds with butter and place 4 slices into a skillet.
- Divide and top with spinach feta mixture.
- Top with provolone cheese and the other slice of buttered Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds – butter side up.
- Heat in skillet until crispy and golden.
- Flip the sandwich and repeat.
