Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Oroweat® Organic Whole Wheat
  • 2 large tomatoes - sliced
  • 300 gms mortadella – sliced
  • 100 gms capicolla
  • 100 gms salami
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup fresh pesto

Preparation

  1. Spread on 4 slices of Oroweat® Organic Whole Wheat with pesto and the other four with ricotta.
  2. Layer four slices with tomatoes, mortadella, capicolla, salami top with remaining spread bread.
  3. Toast in a panini press.
