Ingredients

  • 2 slices Oroweat® Keto Loaf
  • 1 small avocado, peeled, halved, pitted and smashed
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula lettuce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sweet piquillo peppers
  • 2 oz (60 g) sliced prosciutto (about 2 to 3)
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh chives

Preparation

  1. In toaster, toast bread slices for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Divide smashed avocado between toast slices and spread in an even layer.
  3. Evenly top each with arugula, piquillo peppers, prosciutto and chives.
