- 2 slices Oroweat® Keto Loaf
- 1 small avocado, peeled, halved, pitted and smashed
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula lettuce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sweet piquillo peppers
- 2 oz (60 g) sliced prosciutto (about 2 to 3)
- 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh chives
- In toaster, toast bread slices for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Divide smashed avocado between toast slices and spread in an even layer.
- Evenly top each with arugula, piquillo peppers, prosciutto and chives.
