Ingredients

  • 2 slices Oroweat® Keto Loaf
  • 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 mL) smoked salmon (lox)
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) drained capers
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh dill
  • 2 slices lemon

Preparation

  1. In toaster, toast bread slices for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Divide cream cheese between bread slices and spread evenly. Arrange smoked salmon overtop. Top evenly with capers, onion and dill.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
