Ingredients

  • 8 slices Oroweat® Organic Whole Wheat
  • 1/2 cup dairy free butter
  • 2 cups vegan cheese
  • 10 – 12 jalapeno peppers – halved and seeded, removing white membrane
  • 1 cup dairy free cream cheese

Preparation

  1. In a skillet melt some of the dairy free butter.
  2. Place 2 slices of Oroweat® Organic Whole Wheat into the butter and cover with grated vegan cheese.
  3. Cover with lid and melt cheese.
  4. Spread jalapeno with cream cheese.
  5. Place jalapeno halves on bread, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sandwich two bread together and repeat.
