- 2 slices of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains and Seeds Loaf
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cut green onions without the bulbs
- Grind of salt
- Grind of pepper
- 1 leaf of head lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- Slices of red onion
- Mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Put one leaf of head lettuce, chicken salad mix, tomato slices, and slices of red onion on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
