• 2 slices of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains and Seeds Loaf
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of cut green onions without the bulbs
  • Grind of salt
  • Grind of pepper
  • 1 leaf of head lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Slices of red onion


  1. Mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Put one leaf of head lettuce, chicken salad mix, tomato slices, and slices of red onion on one slice of bread.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
